Sanjay Mittal
Founder
Mr. Mittal is the founder of Kess Realty Partners and believes in community development through real estate projects. In a short time, he has built a company that is known for creating premier multi-family, commercial and residential properties. He is active and engaged in all aspects of the company’s strategy and operations. As a hands-on developer, he targets unique sites, which often require alternative design and zoning processes, adding value to the overall project and to the community. His eye for selecting overlooked properties, his knowledge in utilizing available financing options, and his experience in building relationships with stakeholders have produced many successful projects in Virginia. Before forming Kess Realty Partners, Sanjay earned a Master’s degree in computer science and co-founded the Virginia based technology firm eHealthObjects, Inc.
